Refund policy
Thanks for choosing Lamson, getting you back on the water is our priority. Our team is here to help guide you to the right item for an exchange or assist in a refund. We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Products sent back should be in new/unused condition with the original packaging. If your item was purchased through one of our authorized dealers, please work with them directly.
To initiate a free exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order, please complete the following steps:
- Email CustomerSupport@lamsonflyfishingcom with your intent to return or exchange your product(s). Please include the following information or contact us for help finding it. This information can be found in your emailed order confirmation or the packing slip included with your order:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- Description of item(s) being returned
- Reason for return of item(s)
- Once you’ve received an email for return authorization, package your product with a copy of your return authorization email and/or clearly mark your return authorization number on the outside of the box.
- Send your return back using the label provided (by following the steps above) or use any major carrier of your choosing. Save your tracking for reference later if needed.

- Legacy items are final sale but we are happy to assist with an exchange for the correct item. If you have any questions about compatibility or sizing, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
- Exchanges or returns that do not meet or return policy may be denied or assessed a restocking fee of 15%.
